Games with driving and Carnage

My wife likes games where you can run around and cause havoc, like GTA, but I'm looking for a game that does the driving part really well. She really likes racing games like Mario cart, but was looking for something thats more of a casual experience. I think the driving in Saints Row is pretty fun. Saints Row The Third is probably your best bet. 4 is good too, but more like a super hero game. Both are great for running around causing havoc.
