So here's a strange story. I bought Resident Evil 1 a while back, and got right to the forest part, and then my friend borrowed it. When he returned it, he lost the first disc. So now I have the 2nd disc but I want to play. Now since my memory card has data that is too early on in RE, would there be a way to download a game save and transfer it to my memory card? I saw a game save on Gamefaqs, is there any program I need? Here's what I have: -Wii (newest firmware) -Gamecube -SD Card (however Wii says it's corrupted now, though it used to work) -Flash Drive
What you need is a special adapter that allows you to connect a GCN memory card to your PC. At least one company used to make one, though I don't believe they do anymore

PlayAsia has one for $40: http://tinyurl.com/yry4ze
Huh, now that's actually a different gizmo from the one I was thinking of (which basically looked like an external card reader, except it was for GCN memory cards). Though obviously this should serve the same basic purpose.
