I just upgraded to a ds lite. I bought a used polar white ds lite. It was in BRAND NEW CONDITION!! NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH....OR A SMUDGE. It seems like I have to push kinda hard for the touch screen to work. I'm used to pushing gently on the screen, now I get D's on EBA. It's getting on my nerve!!!! Can somebody help me? Thanx.:)

I'm not sure if i know all but here goes:
If that Ds is still under warrenty, you can send it back to nintendo and they'll send u a new one. You can check if its under warrenty at nintendo's site. There are 2 methods for replacement, one is that they send u a new ds first(required credit card, but doesn't charge u anything) then you send back your old ds. Other method doesn't require a credit card, you send nintendo ur old ds first, once they recieve it, they'll send u a new one.
