In Fort Francis, I got to the boss of the same name, died,and had to restart from the beginning, but because I knew the password to the door I can access without Carrie, I went straight in instead of falling into the basement....is there any way to get to the basement and get Carrie without having to do the last 3 chapters as well?
Yeah, when you enter the castle, the first room you find with the robotic cat-butler thing should have a couple of doors. Go 3D and you should be able to jump over one to a pipe; that pipe goes to the basement.
