Both are great games! If you can, buy both.
But if you have to choose one,.....I'd say go with Lunar Knights. Castlevania PoR is basically Dawn of Sorrow with new environments, a co-op style play, and a new story. But under it all, it's essentially the same Castlevania.
Lunar Knights is a good choice. It has great production values like the anime cut scenes. It's also a longer game, and more light-hearted. It's also just more fun.
Like I said, get both eventually, but go with Lunar Knights for now and then pick Castlevania later.
