can anyone tell me how to fix it?

when i put in my mario kart wii it tolds me:

error occures please eject the game disc and turnof the power etc. i've tried eerything on nintendo dot com, but nothing helped. does anyone know how to fix my mario kart wii? P.S. all the other games works perfectly fine:(:cry:

its probably your disc, is it all scratched?

it wasnt when it first happened but then when i tried to clean like nintendo said it scratched

Not much you can do unless you still have the 90-day warranty(if you bought it new).
Otherwise, you'll probably have to buy another copy.
