Soon I'll be getting my own 3DS. But I'm not sure if I'm going to buy any of the launch titles. Maybe just Lego Star Wars I'm not sure.

But.. I haven't played any DS games yet so maybe I'll just focus on buying DS games while waiting for more games to be released for the 3DS.

Do you think that's a good idea?

There's plenty of great DS games, but I would at least buy one 3D game for the time being. You're going to want to experience some 3D.

Well the AR games and Faceraiders give you a taste of 3d gaming. If you like the lego games then you will like the 3ds lego star wars its basically the same exact thing on a small screen.

True. Maybe I'll think about Pilotwings Resort or SF IV.

The above poster was right. There are few minigames included, but I'd still suggest at least one. I'm anticipating the bigger titles like OoT, RE, Mario, ect, but I've picked up a couple and am actually enjoying them.

Man though, I really, really wand 3D OoT.

Since I've been out of the gaming scene for a few years, that's exactly what I did. I picked up SSFIV tho, just because I haven't played a good fighting game since the SNES days.
