If you coud choose between Super Smash Brothers Brawl or Super Mario Galaxy.
What woud you choose?, personlly i woud choose Brawl, since it's a multiplayer game and games is like sex.
Singe player is fun, multiplayer is funner. But that's just my opinion

Multiplayer is what we need right now, and hopefully that will include online. Brawl all the way. However, I'm anticipating both greatly, it's just that Brawl would be my first priority.

Mario Galaxy. Both of them will be great, and I will get both, but I would choose MG over SSBB. MG looks like a great new experience, which will take advantage of the Wiimote in a great way to change the platforming genre in what looks to be a great way. The same can't be said about SSBB. It will make improvements, such as online gameplay, more characters and levels, and probably new modes. It will be really fun. But it won't be as new and exciting as MG will be.

Tough call but i'd have to go with brawl. Nothing beats simultaneous multiplayer madness.

Although i'll end up getting both.

Quite tough, but SMG, sometimes that single player experience (especially with a Mario game) can't be beaten. You can bet I'm getting both though, it's just SMG seems far more 'unique'

Brawl, it will last alot longer, stellar multi player games tend to not get old for a long time. I mean look at Halo 2, it came out a couple years ago and it is still a widley played game. But I am looking forward to Galexey

Galaxy. From what we know, Brawl is just Melee with Solid Snake and online play, not much else.

Sucks with how many Nintendo fans have turned they're back on Mario. It's the first genuine platforming Mario game in ten years...how could you look forward to anything else?

Think about it: the wii launched with twilight princess, which many thought was a really great game. It provided 30-60 hours of solid fun. I still think about TP, sometimes, and how much fun it was. But now its over and people are complaining that thier arn't enough great wii game. But if the wii would have launched with Brawl (however impossible), people would still be playing it today. Having people over for epic battles, and playing online. And thier would be alot less complaining. Amazing single player games, like TP, and Gallexy are essential. But amazing multiplayer games last alot longer.

Galaxy. Mario games are hard to top for me. They always introduce new elements that affect the gaming industry as a whole. Galaxy looks like it the perfect game for Wii, not too reliable on motion, but not steering away from it. It just looks like it is going to be a great game. My most anticipated game since Super Mario 64. Definitley the reason I bought a Wii.
As for Brawl, I have never been too much of a fan of Smash. My friends have always been too competitive about it.I enjoy the single player, and enjoy the multiplayer, for a short time.

I personally don't think these games should be compared mainly for two reasons: 1) This choice is a little too difficult, and 2) they are almost completley different in gameplay. And after thinking for a few minutes I vote on Brawl, because an online SMASH has been my dream since 2001, when Melee launched......and I want to play as Snake and Pit,:P

Mario games have been long recently but nothing can last as long as Smash Bros. seriously, as long as you don't over play it (more than 3-4 hours a day) that game can last forever

I'd get SSBB only because I'd be able to play it with my friends. I don't have any multiplayer Wii games that my friends like. Red Steel controls are crappy and THDJ controls are too hard for them to learn. I bought the Wii for multiplayer games too so it's a shame that there aren't too many decent multiplayer games out that will last.

I chose SSBB only because we're lacking in multi-player games right now, also on-line I think SSBB is gonna kick butt, kinda like I will when anyone challenges my Bowser in any SSB game

Galaxy, its a new Mario that we are waiting for 10 years now (the Sunshine doesnt count), and i feel its gonna be somethig new and fresh. On the other hand, SSB:B will be a great game too - new characters and everything, and u will have the multiplayer, but its still Super Smash Brothers - nothing really knew. Im definately getting both, but im more hyped about Galaxy.

I want both equally. But if I really had to pick, I'd say Super Smash Bros. Brawl, 'cos it'd last me much longer, because of its online playability.

Galaxy, because Mario platformers are some of (if not the best) games in the business. A Mario platformer has never let me down. Not to say that Super Smash Bros HAS let me down, but that fact that the controls are centralized (as far as I know) around the Classic Controller is disappointing. There had better at least be an option for Wiimote/Nunchuk, because I would want to see how it would play.
