So you are in the U.S.? I first heard the same thing as you that it was Europe exclusive, then I heard we will get it a week or two after Europe. I have like $20 in funds on the 3DS. I have purchased Xevious and Twinbee so far and they are brilliant. I will buy this today for sure. I actually just ran through Kirby's Dreamland this morning.Go figure. I can't wait to hear what the next games given the 3d treatment will be.

Anyone else finding the 3D effect a bit "meh" dont get me wrong there are a few neat effects here and there but nothing too good. Still worth the price in my opinion though

It kinda shows you why they've held up releasing platformers for as long as they have. I guess they don't lend themselves to 3D as well as other genres. Top down Shooters clearly work well, and they did a great job with Excitebike and Urban Champion. There's not much else they could have done with Kirby, unless they rebuilt everything in 3D like Urban Champion, but that would have taken forever.

Looks like the first 3D Classic game worth getting after Excitebike 3D and that was because it was free :P

Nintendo what are doing? It would take two seconds to set the aspect ration to 5:3 and take up the entire 3DS screen! -sigh-

I see it's now avaible in the Nintendo eShop for $6.99.

I remember playing this game on the old NES system, it was a great game.

no its not. im a stickler for proper aspect ratios, and the fact is these games were designed for 4:3 ratio screens. Making it widescreen would stretch it and distort both the image and the gameplay.

Well, they could have worked on expanded the visuals to fit the full screen, much like Excite Bike and Xevious. That would have been nice.

I bought it. It's somewhat difficult to play because the sprites are very tiny. I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually.
