Never noticed how much retro Ninty stuff has become.

I remember re-buying my SNES and N64 6 years ago ( for a horrible reason) for around $25/ N64 $35 -(with Expansion pack) Now prices in shops seem to skyrocket in the places I know, When I was searching for a Gameboy Color for my 5 year old cousin, they wanted $35 ( The GB-SP was only $20.) They made it sound like the GBC was a rare ass thing depending on the color.

Yup. Nintendo stuff is always highly collectible. Gamecube stuff is pretty good to get into these days. The holy grail of any Nintendo collector is the Component Cables for the GCN. They can be sold for upwards of $250.

I wonder how much my purple-transparent gameboy color is worth. That thing spent 90% of it's time running Pokemon Silver. Good times...

I don't know what it is about Nintendo products. They retain their value like nobody's business.

The goat. I just picked up a blue see through 2ds and it's pretty sweet.

Damn, you could probably buy two Wiis with backwards compatibility and two gamecube controllers with memory cards all new for that price.

Yeah. Gamecube stuff is very collectable. I've heard one guy sold their GameCube collection for over $1000.

And I would not be surprised if Wii U ends up with a better collector's value than the GameCube.
