Yes, both Pokemon Battle Revolution - Diamond/Pearl and the MySims games are going to have it. There will likely be more in the future as well.
Pokemon Battle Revolution and Diamond/Pearl will have connectivity. You can use the DS to have a screen to battle with that only you can see.
