My DSi freezes every once in a while when playing games... I think there a loose connection between the cartridge in the DS.

Also, when I'm on the DSi menu, and shake my DS a lot, it says "There is not a cartridge inserted".

Has anyone else had this problem? Does Nintendo cover this on their warrenty?

Thanks.

Nintendo should cover it, unless the person who picks up says that it was your fault.

I have not had this problem, but I think that Nintendo would cover this.

For Game freezing: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/dsi/en_na/trouble_game.jsp#lock

For DSi not recognizing game: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/dsi/en_na/trouble_game.jsp#recognize

If these do not answer your problem, I would email/call Nintendo.

I was exaggerating with "Shaking it a lot", but if you make any sudden movements with it, it happens.

Thanks everyone!
