Yes, it'll still work. If you actually mean a CENSOR bar on your tv then go ahead lol.

Sure.  It comes with stickie pads so it won't fall.

why do you need a censor bar? if you dont want your kids seeing filth on the tv, just block all the dirty channels. :P

I honestly never got why people put the center-channel speaker or the wii sensor bar on top of their HDTV. My 27" set has vents at the top that I don't feel too comfortable covering...
