I can't see the video, but I've actually been optimistic about Nintendo's online store recently. I've actually purchased a Wii Remote Plus/Nunchuk set from there, and I've had no problems with it. Just as you've mentioned, it seems like-new from my point of view. I'm strongly considering buying a 3DS from the shop, too, when I find the time to do so.

At this point, I would trust Nintendo's refurbished systems than those at other retailers. Plus, given the prices and Nintendo's like-new warranties, I think it's a pretty good bet right now.

I bought a 3ds xl from Gamespot refurbished and it was near perfect condition, so I would expect it would be same here.

$199.99 is a decent price for a 32GB Wii U with a pack in game. If Nintendo had managed to reach that price point at the original launch of the Wii U. They might have sold more.

But at least it is available now.

@Megavideogamer : yeah but I don't think it's fair to expect them to charge so little at launch when consoles like ps3 came with 20gb at launch and cost $600. I know a lot of time has passed since then and tech has advanced but this is their first hd home console and they're not even asking a lot for it.

I don't know how but Ninty really needs to get the Wii U down to $199 period, with a pack-in. Redesign the system with cheaper parts, take out Wii BC (physically, sell the games on eShop) or something, just get it down there!
