Any suggestions for games on 3ds? (Or ds)
I already have Super mario 3d land, loz albw, new art academy, and street fighter. Not a big fan for games like Final Fantasy.

@KBFloYd: I was interested in luigis mansion and resident evil, but I heard yoshis island was only okay and that mirror of fate was bad. Except one dude said he liked mirror of fate. Not sure whether to get the last 2 games I mentioned or not.
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacies
Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins (open world Lego game)
The Professor Layton games if you like puzzle-driven story games.
@Raptor_Herc: never looked into ace horizon, I may try it out. Was considering lego city, and heard profgessor layton was good. Thanks.
@YoshiYogurt: I was definitely thinking OoT and Kid Icarus. I'm not entirely sure what dream team is about though.

i like both of the games....yoshis island is not much different from the other yoshis island games....if you like one you should like them all imo.
as for castlevania...people were so mad that they werent like the DS style of games they didnt even give it a chance. i like it though.
No one has said Fire Emblem: Awakening? That's weird. It's awesome.
Monster Hunter 3: Ultimate, New Super Mario Bros. 2, Mario Kart 7 and Dead or Alive: Dimensions are sweet as well.
Mario Golf: World Tour is probably great as well. Haven't played it myself.
Theatrhythm seems great. Kirby: Triple Deluxe seems great.
Donkey Kong Country Returns is awesome if you haven't played it already on Wii.
Check out Nine Hours Nine Persons Nine Doors on the DS, then its sequel on the 3DS, Virtue's Last Reward.
@mkfanforever58: To get the the True Ending (which you'll absolutely want to do) I'd say around 20 hours or so. VLR is around 35.
@turtlethetaffer: thanks. Theres like one copy in my town but I will probably get some other games first.
@Litchie: That is a great game but, I don't think OP is interested in games like that as he doesn't like Final Fantasy, which Awakening is a bit like (at least in my opinion).
I've enjoyed mostly every game I've gotten on it so I am very biased, not sure if you'd enjoy them as well. Metal Gear Solid 3D is pretty interesting, a remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Haven't beaten it but, I've enjoyed what I've played so far. Animal Crossing New Leaf is an amazing game for such a simple concept. Though, if you're not really into games without a, "true" goal then you might not enjoy it. Tomodachi Life is pretty good, not as good as New Leaf imo so if you had to choose between the two, go for New Leaf first. Pokemon X or Y might interest you. Starfox 64 3D is really fun but, if I recall correctly, it uses the gyroscope (I think it's optional but, haven't played it in a long time) so avoid using the gyroscope unless it doesn't bother you. Despite the hate it has gotten, I feel like Paper Mario Sticker Star is a fun and good game, just not a good Paper Mario game. Still worth picking it up, though don't look at it with the other Paper Marios' mentalities (if you've played them before). And most of the games people have mentioned above are also great games.
@PikminWorld: thanks. All of those are on my list except for paper mario. I have never played a paper mario game before so i should like it? I may get fire emblem, not entirely sure. I liked SOME elements of final fantasy games. Maybe I am a little nostalgia blind from ff9. And I can't see myself using 3d with gyroscope on starfox. But everyone has some games I am interested in. I have never really played many nintendo games prior to this 3ds. So any remakes are welcome.
@mkfanforever58: You should be able to get both for decent prices off of Amazon. Last I checked 999 was like twenty bucks.
@turtlethetaffer: I'd get it, but I'm still a teen in my parents house with not many ways to get money. Oh, and today I just got Tomodachi life and Pokemon x. So it may be a while until they will let me get some more games.
@mkfanforever58: Definitely put the Zero Escape games high on your list... Both have amazingly well written stories, some of the best in gaming.
@mkfanforever58: Well when you do eventually play them, PM me and I'll give you my adress so you can send me a gift basket for turning you on to such an amazing series :P
