It still had a lot of bugs. Some quests were unable to be finished, sometimes you would lose all of your credits after loading a save, sometimes you would be reset to level 1 and there are more.

Meh, every game has bugs.

For the record though, I haven't experienced any of these bugs personally.

Ya, mine crashed maybe 2 or 3 times by the end, and at one point there was a quest market that didn't clear after I interacted with the quest objective and had to leave the room, but nothing even remotely major. I know bugs vary a lot, and considering the game lets you make so many options, with varying degrees of significance, I'm sure there must be a decent amount of them.
