Why You Don't Download Games

I have a friend that dls games and uses torrents, and he refuses to listen to my advice. He says no one will find him because he doesn't share them, but your ISP can still find you. He also says that the RIAA does not even look at people like him who download one or two games and/or movies, and about no one gets caught, but I have heard of cases where people just like that have been sued (sometimes unlawfully because there was no proof...but still). Finally, he says they can't really do something about it...wrong. They can charge you up to 150,000 dollars. So don't dl games without knowing what can happen to you, because it will cost you alot.

Oh, you mean illegally. No, I don't do that, but I do download games of steam for the sake of convenience (in case you didn't know, you have to pay retail price on steam), and I might download pshychonauts on the 360.
