I have all three but for the most part I've pretty much moved on to the Xbox One as I now play that the most.
I was mostly PS3 last gen, but I actually decided to keep my 360 instead. Mostly because Orange Box is waaaaay better on 360.
Currently I still have my Xbox 360 and PS3, but I had all three last gen. I sold my Wii since the Wii U was backwards compatible with it; otherwise I would have kept it too.
Xbox 360 was definitely by far the console that I used the most last gen. With it being the console that I bought all multiplats on, it having a great library of Xbox Live Arcade games with demos for every single game that I used to love to at least try the free demo whenever a new one came out, it having the best online service, and all of my friends being on Xbox Live; I probably spent about 80% of my gaming time last gen on Xbox 360.
My PS3 and Wii were only used for their exclusives and probably each got about 10% of my gaming time last gen and sometimes could go months without being turned on.
Last gen the 360 was hands down my most played system, I have around 200+ games for it. The PS3 was my second which I have 50+. The Wii was my third with about 30 games for it.
I own all 3, my 360 probably got the most play due to the once thriving indie scene on it. In terms of AAA games it was a pretty even split between ps3 and 360. My wii didn't see much play, but it was worth having since I am a Nintendo fanboy and need to play my Mario games.
