As you all know in USA and some other countries, the only method to buy stuff from PSN is via credit cards.... with PSN cards you can purchase stuff from playstation network by entering the code on the cards then add money to your account similar to Xbox Live cards,I don't have a credit card, so if these things were actually out, I would buy stuff from the PSN.
You can buy American Express Gift Card credit cards, and those work on PSN, XBL, and the Wii Shop Channel. That was how I did things before I jumped into the horrible world of having a credit card.
