Looking for a WWII (Or similar conflict, Doesn't have to be real, as long as it stay within real word parametres), However, I want it to have quite a few air Units, As I love setting up tight defences with with Fighters and Raiding with Bombers Thanks in advance

Try Man of War. Not really much of planes stuff, but tank and infantry combat is really good and realistic. You can fix parts for tanks if they get shot, manage inventory of soldiers, etc. Good damage physics, you can destroy buildings and take cover behind debris afterwards. It has also great multiplayer. Really underated game.

Wargame: Airland Battle, Making your own deck is very addictive.

Except most have nothing to do with WWII :P

Some older titles that you can fix the starting/ending age at WWII include:

Empires: Dawn of the Modern World

Empire Earth 2

I would reccomend Empire: Dawn of the Modern World. It's effectively Empire Earth 1.5.
It's one of the best games I've ever played.Â
