Is Dying Light better than other zombie games?

I am thinking about getting Dying light but I have second thoughts about it. I played Dead Island and Dead rising and those two are amazing, the graphics and the animations. But for dying light what makes it special? can you please enlighten my brain?

Best of its kind, though the story is no where near close to as good as The last of us.

If you liked Dead Island then Dying Light is a MUST! It is a huge improvement over the DI games to the point that IDK how I am going to get into DI2 now as I cannot imagine playing without the parkour.

Dying Light is not about kill hordes of zombies and more about surviving. It is better to move around the zombies.

You should get it, it's a really good and fun game to play.

I'd say it's in the top 3, the best though would be State of Decay.
