You know, I really thought highly of gamespot as a reviewing site when I saw an honest review of Kane and Lynch in spite of its ads being plastered all over the site. My friend rented it, we played it, the game is garbage. But I hope that gamespot doesn't actually believe that its readers are naive enough to believe that gerstman's termination isn't directly related to his review of the game. I've lost a lot of respect for gamespot, and I don't know how it could be earned back now.
yeah thats why i am leaving gamespot... jeff was the best! i am just poking around, in case somebody finds out where jeff is heading, because gamespot sold out.
This is about as true as it gets, personally i will not be renewing my premium service with Gamespot, and i will be using other websites to get the information i am seeking as far as anything goes.
ill be leaving this site, and locking it out in my preferences so i dont accidently come back to this site. i agree on deleting my account. gamespot.com has proven they can be bought and sold to the highest bidder fundamentally discrediting themselves as a reliable, honest source for game reviews. timefor me to pack my bags and start looking to a new site to read reviews.
yeah i will be leaving crapspot for ever too....they have no intergrety and i hope this site dies along with cnet altogether.....cause they ve made me lose all faith in gaming journalism
