Difficulty on NBA2k14's myteam

I don't think I have won 1 game in Domination mode. I'm pretty sure it is set to all star and simulation gameplay because after I played a game on myTeam I played a quick match and it was set to all-star/simulation. It is wayyyyyyy too hard. Passing is terrible, shots miss all the tim from 8 ft away,etc

I play on Pro default on myGM and tend to win 80% of the time and don't have nearly as many problems as myTeam

Can you change difficulty on myTEAM

Also, the quick match was set to Pro/Default before playing MYTEAM
