Bizarre Creations making a James Bond racing game?

I was reading on Wikipedia about Bizarre Creations. There's a rumor that Bizarre Creations is making a James Bond racing game for Activision. Maybe this could be the first James Bond game that's currently in development? I would think that a James Bond action game based directly on the movie "Quantum of Solace" would release around the time of the movie because of the story and spoilers.

Anyway, this could be really cool! I'm a Bond fan and all of the classic Bond cars would be fun to race around. Though, hopefully this game would get a lot better reviews than the first 007 racing game for the PSone. :P
