GTA 4 without a doubt.... but i admit assassins creed looks awesome but it cant beat GTA4
Well if the previous installments of the series are any indication then GTA IV will be the most replayable with side missions and all that jazz. I imagine Assassin's Creed will have the open world feel but the missions will be more linear and side quests are questionable.
I Also agree that GTA4 will be better, but my bro continues to say it will just be more of the same, maybe some better graphics, but nothing much different. And he says Assassin's creed will have less limits, and it will b unlike any other game b4.
I think Assassin's Creed will be better, there's a lot more about it thatI want to know about; like the possibilities of some sort of time-travelling sub-plot involving the main character and some other stuff. IF it lives up to the expectations and hype being put on it, it will be a very awesome goty-contender.
GTA IV will no doubt be just as awesome as the past installments, I just think AC will be better.
Well all i can say is we should just wait and see. But they both look like they will be two kick ass games thats for sure and a must for my collection. :D
They are really different games but GTA4 is the sure bet. Every GTA game since 3 has been excellent, each getting better than the last one. GTA is proven, Assassin's Creed is not. Sure Ubisoft is a great developer but I assume its going to be similar to PoP just a bit more openended. I dont see it as some GOTY winning masterpiece, it could be I dont know so lets wait and see. All I know is that if this were Las vegas and we were putting odds on which game would get more praise I am damn sure GTA would be odds favorite by a good margin.dvader654
My thoughts exactly. Assassin's Creed could be awesome, but it could be a total flop. Ironically so could GTA, but it's about the 6th game in the series so the potential for failure is much less.
it's like hitman meets pop meets gta meets dmc meets jak 2which meets mgs2 and they finally meet ff, get a little drunk, beatem' up and comitt gang rape on state of emergency to finally create assasins' creed... GTA4- more of the same but AC looks so awsome with it's agile character, cleaver fighting and nice ideas in crowded streets..
