Any of you still play games on the Playstation One?

I still do since I don't have a PS2 or a PS3. I have a Gamecube to go along with my PSOne.

I dunno why but I just prefer the good old games of the PSOne from Loaded to Apocalypse to Chrono Cross. There are still alot of PSOne games that I didnt get to buy and play over the years. I did have Chrono Cross one time but back in 2001 i sold it at the usual family get together rummagfe sales. I should have held on to it but decided to let some kid in town play with the game.

Thank god for pawn shops where I can find any good old Playstation One games

I don't have a PS1 system, but I still play a lot of PS1 games. Mainly RPGs that I can't get enough of even if I played them a hundred times.

Still got my PS1 with some of my favourite too such as

• Final Fantasy 9
• Hogs of War
• Tekken 3
• Theme Park World
• CTR: Crash Team Racing
• Metal Gear Solid
• Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1

Mostly been playing Final Fantasy 6(Which I got free from a friend) and Parasite Eve 2 which I found real cheap for 1.99 at Blockbuster.

I just got PS3 but I still rock the PS once and a while.

If I do break it out I usually play Resident Evil, Die Hard Trilogy or Syphon Filter.

i still have my PS1 and i love all of my games for it.

It's my favorite all-time system, so yeah, of course I still play it. I have 26 games right now, used to have a lot more PS1 games, but I sold them for some stupid reason. My favorite games are Xenogears, Final Fantasy Tactics, Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night, Gran Turismo 2, Tomb Raider 2, and Devil Dice.

It's my favorite all-time system, so yeah, of course I still play it. I have 26 games right now, used to have a lot more PS1 games, but I sold them for some stupid reason. Oops! How could I forget MGS? That part with Psycho Mantis moving my controller, and reading my mind is one of my favorite PS1 moments.:D

Final Fantasy VIII, Harvest Moon: BTN, Hogs of War and Tekken 3 still get regular play from me. A great system, with some great titles.

I still love the original PS but unfortunatly my PSOne was stolen from my apartment a couple years ago, but I was playing them on my PS2 anyways. Then to make matters worse I had a psychotic break (I'm schizophrenic) and busted up almost all of my PSOne games. I broke Xenogears, FF7, Grandia, Breath of Fire 3, FF Chronicles, FF Anthology, Dragon Quest VII, and FF Tactics. *sigh*Soilworkcob

That is sad to read :/ I am a collector and hearing horriable stories of good games getting destroyed hurts my heart. But I guess there is some things we just can't prevent no matter what we do. I have only broken one game and one controller in my collection ever due to pure rage. Baseball for the NES and then Xbox controller to the first splinter cell where your in the mansion on either mission 5-7 I think?

I still have the regular Playstation console but I play most of my PS1 games on a PS2 console. I have favorites such as Gran Turismo 1 and 2, Spyro, Tony Hawk and more. During the PS1 years, I believe that was the best time to be a video game fan. Games today, in my opinion, are not as much fun as the games of the PS1.GamingBoy2009

I agree the PS1 era was the best. The games were all fresh and fun. Now the games are not as enjoyable.

I still play and buy PSX games, even to this day and age. It's definitely a great videogame system. I have after 8 years over 50 games in my collection! The PlayStation is without a doubt, the best videogame system ever made!8)
