As we all know, E3 is coming up here soon. And I think most of us remember that last year's video stream was a mild disaster for each of the three days. I'm not blaming you as I have no idea if you could have fixed it in that time frame but I think you should have been a little more prepared.
This year, I would suggest that the cameras and stream are tested out for a period of hours at least a week beforehand. Record a clock or your workspace, it may seem boring but it's problems like these that cause people to watch E3 on other websites.
