There's a delete option alongside edit/flag for moderators/staff, so if there isn't one for users it would appear to be a permissions thing - you really should be able to delete your own blogs though.
Just as a check, I tried to delete the one you edited to the title of ".sfdghrehreyteyetye" and it seems to have deleted fine, though refreshing once made it reappear in non-deleted form, refreshing a 2nd time made it delete it properly again, so it would appear the functionality is working at least, making it just a permissions thing. You should no longer be able to see that particular one (but still see the other 2 duplicates, for now) assuming it's working properly. As for adding permissions to let users delete their own blogs - hopefully that'll come soon.
PS to staff/devs: It appears in the global mod activity history with the original name, despite the user themselves editing the title/content - I doubt we'll be using this a great deal anyway, but it makes it quite misleading when a title-edited duplicate is deleted. This only applies to blogs, forum threads work as expected.
