Whenever I attempt to scroll gamespot in Firefox, Firefox crashes over and over. Never had this issue before.

Is hardware acceleration on? If so, try turning it off and see if it still occurs.

I'm also experiencing this problem with Firefox v35 and GameSpot. Seems to only happen to me on GameSpot pages with videos, possibly just certain videos. At any rate, I don't seem to have a problem on every single GameSpot page, just most. It's happened to me on both my desktop and laptop, in Windows XP & Vista respectively. So far only happening on GameSpot, no other sites. Fwiw, my hardware acceleration IS enabled in Firefox and it's easier for me to just stop using GameSpot rather than test disabling the acceleration. I imagine GameSpot might have employees that can test the hardware acceleration idea and officially report it as a workaround.

Is there by chance anyone out there who is using Firefox v35 in Windows and can scroll all the way up and down all GameSpot pages, especially video articles, without any issue?

I've been having this problem, too. My hardware acceleration is off.

I would recommend keeping hardware acceleration on. The problem seems to be coming from one of our ad networks. Were working on getting it pulled.

Firefox is still crashing. If this continues, I'll just have to go to IGN for everything game-related going forward. This needs to be fixed immediately!!!
