Try to clear your cache and refresh the readme page. If this doesn't work, please post which files you are having problems with.

ive cleared my cache/cookies and ive even used a different browzer (IE instead of mozilla) but it didnt work. the files are: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/grandtheftauto3/download_ini.html?sid=6091602 and http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/grandtheftauto3/download_ini.html?sid=6103289
