First off I know how to get the emblem and hosting profiles also or others,

I have my gs badge card posted on EAST EAST webpage, and Mine, my profile been on East East page for 2 weeks and mine for 2 days.

He says that I should have got the eblem now and yet I don't have it, even though those posted at the same time have the emblem, is there a glitch with my account?

It's not just having your badge in certain places its about people clicking the emblems on your badge a certain number of times. Just go and click on your emblems a few times a day and eventually you'll get it.
