2 Glitches! Help!

My Gamespot icon changes to my MP3.com icon at times. My current icon:  and it would stay and then like 2 days later or sooner it changes to my MP3.com icon: . It's werid and not as bad as other but very anoyying. The other glitch isn't so much as a glitch is that the Gamespot emeblem list is invalid. In the new user and Emeblem Union it has a link to the list and it says unvalid so I don't know if it's a glitch.

It is a known glitch and is being worked on.

I have heard suggestions that going to MP3.com and uploading the avatar you want onto that website so when it trys to change avatars, it can only change to the one you have there which is the one you'd want.
