User Rating: 8.5 | Conker's Bad Fur Day N64
The 2001 cult classic Conkers Bad Fur Day is one hell of a ride filled with bad jokes, gutter humor and an amazing script. But the only problem is the game is a reflection of conker himself. Fun while it lasts but too short.

Conkers Bad Fur Day is the tale of a disfunctional squirrel that spends all day making up bad jokes, drinking like a pig and most memorably scoring with a hot chick. Conkers Bad Fur Day is a pi** take of the young disfunctional male with no sense of direction or hope but for one reason or another always has an outlet of scoring with a hot chick. Sounds like Berrie has "Loser Boyfriend" syndrome. The game is a romp from start to finish and actually is a lot of fun but the only problem is well your "solving other peoples problems" which in itself isn't really much of an appeal. Not to mention the disfunctional camera and unresposive controls.

The Graphics are very bland for a Nintendo 64 game and come off as really cheap. There isn't much to see as the detail is very basic and at times almost a joke. Likely the soundtrack saves the day.

Conkers Bad Fur Day without a doubt has one of the best sountracks ever made for a game. Memorbale voice acting. Brilliant pitch and tone in each characters voice and jokes that really bring the game to life and the script is something most movie writters should take notes from.

Unfortunately the game is very short as it only goes for 15 hours on your first walkthough. By the time you play the game multiple times you can easily finish this game under ten hours which is a huge dissapointment as most games are atleast twice the size of Conker's Bad Fur Day. The multiplayer is also very disappointing as it lacks creativity and imagination and gets old very quickly.

This is definitely one game targeted towards the 2001 gaming audience which were at the time listening to Limp Bizkit, Eminiem etc. So Conkers Bad Fur Day is relevant in terms of marketing but is just as guilty as Conkers personality for being shallow.
