Bleach is a anime series in Japan that is hit with all Japanese people. The show was release in America couple of months ago and starting to appeal to the America audience. When the psp was release in Japan, "Bleach:Heat the Soul" was release with the system. The game is not really a game to buy, its more like a rent but since it is a Japnese exculsive, you would have to import which means buying it. Don't do that. If you have a friend or someone who has been hustle into buying this game just because they like the anime, you should borrow it from them. The gameplay itself is not really great or amazing at all. All you do is press the "O" button the psp repeatively and you would end up winning, the AI is not smart. There so dumb, if you give them a rock to throw on the ground, they will miss. The total number of charaters in "Bleach:Heat the Soul" are 6 inculding the "1", yes "1" unlockable character. I understand that this game was release with new hardware (psp) but come on, I don't think this should be even called a game, let only a release title for the psp. The 6 characters in this game are fun to look at while you are mushing the 'O" button but gets repetive over time. Each character has a special move whcih you can use over and over again like there is no tomorrow. I do not see why they would do that but yeah.
The sound are all in Japanese even the text in the game, if you like to hear Japanese anime Characters talk, this game is for you, even though the text is in Japanese, it is not hard to get around. The only thing that stands out about this game is all the graphics, its amazing to see what the psp could produce. But even the graphics do not make up for what hoirrible this game is. In the end, this game is more of a tech demo for what kind of graphics the psp can produce.
