I've never played the conole version so unlike most people I have nothing to compare it to so here you go: I have Wipe Out Pure, Ridge Racer and Twisted Metal for the PSP the D-Pad works fine for these and even better for ATV Offroad Fury: Blazin' Trails, I come from the Nintendo Era when the D-pad was standard (all we had) I'm a pro and the game is hella fun.........
