Warner Bros., The LEGO Group, and TT Games on Thursday announced their 2015 video game lineup, which includes new games based on Jurassic World and The Avengers, among others.

The LEGO Jurassic World game is not much of a surprise, as TT Games had previously given strong hints that it was working on a game based on Michael Crichton's media franchise.

Here's a roundup of the new games announced today.

LEGO: Jurassic World -- Due to launch this summer, this game follows the storylines of the first three movies--Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park: The Lost World, and Jurassic Park III--as well as the upcoming film, Jurassic World. It launches this June for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and PC.

LEGO Marvel Avengers -- Similar to Marvel's movie series, this game will let you play as an array of super heroes on a quest to save humanity. It launches for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and PC this fall.

LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin -- The latest entry in LEGO's Ninjago series, Shadow of Ronin is coming to Nintendo 3DS and PS Vita on March 24, 2015. The game "delivers an untold story" based on the LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu TV show.

Warner Bros. also on Thursday announced a mobile version of the previously released console game LEGO Batman: Beyond Gotham. It launches later this summer, though platforms were not specified.

The LEGO series of video games is one of the biggest in all of gaming with over 100 million units sold to date. There are only a handful of gaming franchises that have reached that number. In hitting that mark, the LEGO series joins household names such as Mario, Pokemon, Need for Speed, Final Fantasy, Grand Theft Auto, and FIFA, among others.

LEGO games date back to the 1990s, but the licensed titles that you're likely most familiar with began in 2005 with the original LEGO Star Wars. Since then, Warner Bros. has made LEGO games based on blockbuster franchises like Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones, The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, and Rock Band.
