With just a few more weeks to go before Gamescom kicks off in Germany, Square Enix has announced its lineup for the big-time European show--and the Japanese publisher seems to be going big.

Square Enix's 1,100-square meter booth on the show floor will include more than 200 game stations, on which attendees can play some of the company's upcoming games.

Gamescom will be the first place the public can get their hands on Avalanche's open-world action game Just Cause 3, while MMO Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward, Life Is Strange, Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below, and the upcoming PC version of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will also be playable at Square Enix's booth, the company announced Thursday.

People waiting in line for these games--and with hundreds of thousands of people expected to attend, there will certainly be some waiting--can play Lara Croft: Relic Run and Hitman Go via mobile demo stations.

Square Enix will also host theater presentations for the upcoming Hitman game and Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. What's more, the publisher is holding "a number of exciting stage presentations" for upcoming PlayStation 4 and Xbox One fantasy role-playing game Final Fantasy XV.

Square Enix teases that "many well-known guests" will appear on stage to discuss the game and reveal "new insights" about it. Some fans will even get to play Final Fantasy XV's second demo, called Episode Duscae 2.0. More details about Square Enix's specific plans for Gamescom will be announced later.

Gamescom 2015 runs August 5-9. GameSpot will be reporting live from the show all week.

In other Gamescom news, Microsoft will hold its own briefing this year on August 4 where it will talk about Xbox One exclusives that were not shown at E3. Sony, on the other hand, will not hold a Gamescom briefing this year, instead choosing to make announcements at Paris Games Week in October.

Gamescom 2015 also marks the first time the public will get a chance to play Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
