Short but definitely sweet.

In the past 10 years, there have been so many Pokemon clones and rip-offs like Spectrobes, Digimon... it's no wonder Psyduck's got a headache. But is Zubo different enough to give the genre a kick up the backside? Almost. So, you're a generic child in a LEGO-esque world. There's some evil Heads to be defeated and you need some help in taking 'em down. Enter the Zubos. These characters are small, cute but not exactly cuddly. These little guys can use these Final-Smash type moves with obliterate your opponent in a flurry of fireworks. So, what else is new? Well, moves get gradually more powerful, and to be able to use these, you must save up power pills to use them. There's also more move types ripped out of the Pokemon book on top of these. There is also a rhythm action mechanic during battles that directly affects the pain dished out. So do I recommend it? Yes, although as it is cut short very quickly and there are only 50 Zubos to catch, ideally you should be paying no more then a tenner. Fingers crossed for a sequel.
