If you love Texas Hold'em, this game is appealing... it's not that it is a bad game, but there are a lot of small issues that prevent complete enjoyment. For instance, trying to play Omaha is a joke. For whatever reason, the PSP can not handle the load, and therefore, every 'Fast Forward' or move that you make actually takes several seconds.
The Hold'em part of the game is pretty good, though it is a little too easy to just move all-in and push people off their hands.
Overall, if you must have a poker game, this isn't too bad. Just don't expect the world.
