I've been fond of this game since the start, but the matchmaking and balancing is just hideous. add to that the fact that there are heavy tanks that hit harder than SPGs & "Tank destroyers" while being hard to pen themselves, can one shot any tank in their tier.
for a player that doesnt pay for his gaming experience the grind is very long and agonizing, while if u pay you can get superior premium vehicles and use "gold ammunition" which have better overall characteristics.
the fact that this game lets money disturb the balance of the game is probably the worst thing they did to the game after KV-2
