GREAT single player, fast paced, a bit repetative - but still enjoying. In game characters are fun. But MP

I bought this game, just for the reason I playede SOME with my friends at Dawn of war (1), but I was never a real fan of it. I started playing the single player scenario on this, and i found this game very fun, apart that the difficulty settings felt a little like easy - a little less easy - still not quite there... - HARDCORE TIME TO DIE!
And an ability to respecc atleast at some points during gameplay would make for an awsome way to costum of your blood marines.

But now.. on the the thing that makes me lower a "Good" game, perhaps an 8 - to the all time fail 1.
Only 3 games into multiplayer... I feel mythics true failpowers re-emerge.
I have played trough the single player at a resonably hard mode and, in my opinion, think I have grasped everything that is relevant.
But then I started playing as a rank 1... and for some reason there is 2 ranks, which the game doesn't say which one means which - or which one matters. But I can easily conclude "trueskill rank" is the rank that matters.
So any way, with all this new thnigs that you must learn, even when played trough the campaign, you are then pitched against people with a "true rank" of 20 and the - what I would liek to call - "the side-dish rank" of 40-60.
I mean, HOW... Just how is a player who have played trough the campaign and still emerge into MP with no clue how to really prevail there. And while doing all this, be pitched against players who long gone, have figured this out... And doesn NOT take "Hey, I am a new guy. Can you plz go easy so I can learn this game." For an answer. :S

This called for a DIREKT un-instalment of this game from my pc. Since I found playing my first three games against players WAY above me was not very satisfying.
This needs... something, I don't know what. But having mythic putting up a fail concept or two, is not much news to me. But I had hoped differently here.

SP a solid 8, perhaps even a 9. Not perfect, becasue if you really want to prevail all levels you will go on side quests, which tends to get "Same, old, same old." keep only to the story and it's great, tough, and gets tougher. But at some points I felt like.
MP, rock bottom 1 for harcore anti-new playerism.
