Virtua Tennis 2009 is the first game i played from the franchise, and i think of not trying another one. Graphics are aged and lack of some real tennis players leaves you with only a few players to challenge. Real players are not modeled accurately for gameplay and it doesn't feel like you are playing against Federer, Nadal etc. World tour mode is also bad because if you want to play as a pro player in grand slams, you have to play hours and hours of unchallenging, boring amateur matches. Gameplay is not so bad when playing in hard difficulties but it still looks unrealistic in terms of game physics and similarity to real tennis. Some minigames are fun but most of them are like boring, forgotten 80s games. It might be fun to play it in late 90s or early 2000s but for now it just looks like an aged game.
