The Division 2 will indeed have an open beta on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, and it will run March 1-4. The private beta had its fair share of technical hitches, but there's no word on if those issues persists for the open beta. Additionally, you can unlock a weapon skin and cosmetic item for the full game by playing.
