God Of War Vs. The Last Of Us | Versus

It's the battle of the highest rated PS4 exclusives: God of War vs. The Last of Us. Tamoor Hussain and Oscar Dayus fight it out to figure out which masterpiece is better!

God of War's reviews have seen the game surpass The Last of Us as the highest-rated PS4 game on Metacritic. The pair of Sony titles are clearly two of the best games of the generation, and each has its own group of enthusiastic fans. Not only that, but it's clear God of War has taken inspiration from The Last of Us and how it told its post-apocalyptic story. However, the question remains: which game is better?

We thought we'd sit down and chat about which of the two we think is the better game. Watch the video above to see a lighthearted and passionate debate between Oscar Dayus, who still believes The Last of Us is the best game he's ever played, and Tamoor Hussain, who thought The Last of Us was overrated and thinks God War is one of the best games on PS4.

The discussion begins with randomly selected topics, and the pair argue in support of their respective games. Alongside the serious analysis of each side, there's also some friendly fun-making and jokes at each other's expense. Be sure to watch till the end to see the quick-fire round, which includes questions about which video game character would make the best dad.

Last week we put Far Cry 5 up against Far Cry 2 to decide which of the two open-world games is the best in the series, and Oscar shaded the vote to win for a third consecutive week. Make sure to make your voice heard this week by voting for who you think won the debate on YouTube or by commenting down below. Check back next week for another episode of Versus; new episodes drop every Wednesday at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM BST / 11 PM AET on and YouTube.
