UFC Undisputed 2009 is the first really good Mixed Martial Arts game to come out. It's a great game. The controls are a little hard to pick up on because of all the things you are able to do, but once you get the hang of them you'll have a blast knocking out and submitting guys. The roster is huge, with pretty much all of the fighters from the UFC included in this game. One of the things that bugged me about UFC was the movements of the submissions and the takedowns. A lot of movements look choppy and stiff at times, with the submissions being an absolute pain in the butt to achieve, as you have to wait to get your opponent tired before you can attempt one. The knockouts also look very stiff, as the fighter who gets knocked out always seems to do a 360 spin or just stand there dead for a few seconds before falling to the matt. However, this shouldn't take away the excitement UFC Undisputed 2009 delivers.
Whether you're a fan of the UFC or not, this game is a lot of fun to play.
