Good Workouts... Poor Functionallity

If you're looking for great toning exercise examples, this is great. But if you actually want to get a great workout, without having tracking problems with the kinect, or having to skip through lots of warmups/cooldowns, pass on this game.

the workouts are great, but they are far too short. The warmups and cooldowns are forced in each exercise and there is no easy way to jump into another exercise series without spending 5 mins skipping these. by the time you get to the next exercise series, you've cool off far too much. It makes it very difficult to work up a sweat if your even halfway in shape. I'm disappointed that the sessions are only 20 mins long and most of that time is spent on warmups and cooldowns.

also you definitely need a large play space if you want the kinect to not have problems with recognition. Unfortunately I live in an apt and don't have a large play space. I can make it work, but really can't get any of the front lunges to register, so even though I do them, the game says I fail that exercise. I also have many issues with the floor exercises recognizing me and registering properly. It continually loses me. But like I said before, it's mostly because of my small play space. I'm guessing if you have a large play space, these issues could probably go away.

IMO, Your Shape does a way better job with recognition in a small space than this game does, however, Your Shape feels like it's designed for a woman's workout, with so many gym type aerobic exercises.
