A short, fun adventure through the billabong
THE BAD:Short,way too easy for most
Graphics:When you first boot up this game you'll be immediately blown away by the excellent looking and well animated cutscene,In game isnt as amazing but dont get me wrong it certainly not terrible looking,animations are decent and overall the game is bright colorful and will certainly hold your attention
Story:Its quite predictable but the story while not complex will keep your attention for a good while and there are a few twists that add a certain level of depth to the story but are a tad predictable.Its mainly,your parents have been banished to another world by the crazy emu boss cass so its up to you ty the tasmanian tiger to collect all the talismans and take down boss cass once and for all.
Gameplay:the gameplay is your standard platformer formula go through different themed worlds and collect a few crystails eggs ETC and once all the worlds are clear in a particular area you move on to the boss and subsequently the next area.There are multiple challenges to take on these levels and not all of them have to be complete to move on to the boss which is sure to wipe out all of those tedious collect quests.Your attacks are you can either bite enemies or throw your rangs at them an you will get a whole range of different rangs.
Sound:The game offers some kick ass music that realy suit the mood of different levels trust me you're going to want to turn your tv up for these tracks and the sound effects are quite good as well ranging from ty's feet crunching through the snow to his boomerangs ripping through the air,voice acting is well rounded and the script has its funny moments.
Overall:If you like simple fun and charming platformers your'e certainly going to want to check this game out an essential for people of all ages.
