One word: Frustrating

You play as a macho space marine who's ship crashes on a planet, and you shoot at dinosaurs and bad guys. There's really no story, just shoot stuff. The aiming mechanics are terrible, they're twitchy and I was always swinging my gun too far past a guy, then try to correct and go past him on the other side, by which point he's pelting you with bullets (the bad guys NEVER miss), so you just have to duck behind cover until your health regenerates. You're basically fighting the lousy aiming controls, not the bad guys.

You get killed all the time, and then have to replay the last 5-10 minutes, exactly, precisely as you just did the 7 times before. The same enemies appear in the same places, time after time. You'll be aiming at spots on walls because you know an enemy pops up there. It's just tedious in the extreme. The graphics are not what I expect from a PS3 game either, not polished and just rough overall. Especially in the jungle environments, when you get near to leaves and grass it looks like crummy computer animation. And what's with that weapons system? If you find a gun, some arrows come up allowing you (I guess?) to exchange your gun for the enew one. I never had any idea if I was even getting a new gun or not.

Overall this was a big disappointment. Bad aiming controls, repetitive gameplay, lousy inventory system, mediocre graphics.
