Good? Yes! Great? Nope!

The game is good, let me start off with that. Though I am a little taken aback by the fact that some would label this as great. I really don't think it deserves that. Firstly, it's very basic - and easy (though I am playing it on medium difficulty, so maybe on hard it's better). I found that after a few hours, it's so repetitive it almost hurts to keep on playing. Maps are outright reused - or certain parts of maps keep being used, so sometimes I felt like I was already there, but it actually "new". Combat is predictable to the point where enemies haven't even appeared but you already know exactly what's coming, and lo and behold, you're right. Such basic patterns are insulting. The story line is non-important. I typically care about the story, but with this game I walked away not even being sure what was the point to my journey. I admit I did not finish the game because I lost interest (one of few games I played this long without actually completing it). The graphics are decent, a little WoWish, but some things, such as the water effects, are about 2 or 3 generation behind (that's right, it looks like what we saw in games 8 years ago). The sound is perfect, though the voice acting is mediocre, at best.

In all fairness, the game isn't bad - it's just that some elements of it ruined it for me. Repetition, predictability, non-challenge, etc ruined the over-all experience. Good effort, but not what it could and should have been!
