The best Tony Hawk game ever, way better than the new ones like project 8 and proving ground
realistic gameplay, fun gameplay, fun multi-player, great career mode, create a park, create a skater, got old school skaters, graphics (for when it was made), great music tracks

gameplay
when the game starts you must create a skater and personlise him with starting tricks and a few starting stat points. The create a skater mode is not as in depth as the new ones but its got everything you need such as changing face, hair skin colour, clothes and logos on clothes and you can choose the deck he skates on and if youve got tight trucks loose trucks or normal trucks to adjust turning. If you want to unlock new decks, tricks or stats you have to but them with the money you get for completing goals on each level such as collecting skate, high scores and finding cash about the place as well as competing in various competetions with realistic judging depending on the tricks you do, the combos and variety but you loose points for bails. The actuall gameplay is way better than the newer ones as it is so much more realistic, but still very fun and requires more skill. The creating a park is pretty decent as you can do everything that you can do on the new ones like raising the floors changing the scenery and terrain.
Graphics
The graphics are really good for whenever it was made and they are still acceptable now as everything is simple, in depth coulours, and its got everything you need as graphics even the odd bit of blood if you fall.
sound
the sounds are good like the skateboard rolling along the floor or grass or whatever its rolling along, as well as the skateboarding landing on the hard concrete mades a nice thud or if your guy bails you hear him smacking off the floor or the crunch of bones and him groaning in pain. The music tracks are great, old shool hip hop and rap with a bit of old shool rock and old shool punk and we all know how old shool music is way better than modern stuff, anyyyywho its got songs like powerman 5000, papa roach, jaurassic 5, milencolin and monty I are.
Difficulty
the difficulty is perfcet as at the start of the game you can like do all the goals you need to do all within one run but as you get through the game ou need to spend a whole run just dong one run, a great thing about the difficulty is that its pretty hard to get stuck on one goal and if you do get stuck on just one goal you can skip it out if you have enough money to ge to the next level.
Time pent playing
well I have definality been playing it for over 100 hours as when I first got it years and years ago I couldn't stop playing it and now I have been going on and off of it all the time. The career with 1 skater takes you about 6 hours to get through it and about 8 hours to complete it 100% with 1 skater and there are around 15 pros that you can comlete it with and then a few bonus characters as well as taking time to create parks and have fun with freinds playing the many 2 player modes from high score to grafiti to king of the hill, not only that but it is pretty hard to get board of it.
overall
in conclusion Yony Hawks Pro Skater is a very fun, realistic, great game better than proving round and porject 8 by miles and you can not call yourself a TH fan if you do not have this game.
